Hello, and welcome to my site. My name is Patrizia and I am an advanced practitioner in Eden Energy Medicine and also in Quantum Healing Hypnosis. You can find a list of my formal qualifications at the end of this article, but first I want to tell you a little about myself and my values and beliefs, as well as giving you an idea what Energy Medicine is and how it works. We will also take a look at Quantum Healing Hypnosis, Reiki and Life Force Energy.

Your body is a marvelous work of art. In times past, it was common to see the body compared with a machine, such as car. People maintained that the “car” needed fuel and maintenance to work properly, but that seemed to be about it! Our minds, spirit, soul, true essence, call it what you will, was seen as an entirely different and separate entity. It was even regarded as a bit of an “add-on” and not really necessary for the maintenance of health in the physical world.

Nothing could be further from the truth! The work of pioneers such as Candace Pert shows us, unequivocally, that the way we feel, our emotions, is the result of chemical processes taking place within the cells of our physical bodies. When we understand that this is so, we can begin to really listen to the messages our body is sending us, in the form of our thoughts, behaviors and emotions. I believe that we ignore these messages at our peril. As Candace Pert says “The body is the unconscious mind!” This may be a slight over-simplification, but I am sure that you will have experienced, at some time in your life, the direct correlation between how you feel emotionally and the way it affects your physical body. “Gut instinct” is precisely that. You feel a tightening in your gut when something is not right, and subsequent events prove that this was in fact the case.

On a more visceral level, when we feel anxious, before a job interview for example, we find that we cannot eat, and our digestive system seems to be trying to sabotage us! I work with people who want to understand how the more subtle messages from their physical bodies may be indicators of something more profound and important for them.

I make no apologies for the spiritual nature of the work that I do. Our reactions to intellectual or abstract ideas may be physical in their initial manifestation, but our feelings, thoughts, emotions, and ideas are equally real and concrete. I work with people who know that they want something more meaningful in their lives. They know that there is something more powerful and important in the achievement of  well-being and ease than simply easing a physical pain or condition. We can call this the Higher Self, and my purpose is to help people to access this aspect of themselves.

Your Higher Self

​

During Hypnosis you gain access to your Subconscious mind. This is the part of your mind that governs most of your behavior, so that you act without thinking. This is fine when the messages it is sending to you are beneficial and healthful. Your Subconscious mind works with the information it has received throughout your life, which is why we sometimes find ourselves repeating actions that are now redundant and even harmful to us. Your unconscious mind remembers that, at one time, this action or behavior was desirable and gave you a “good” feeling. This explains. For example, why it is so hard to give up smoking or chocolate! However, far from trying to sabotage you, your unconscious is trying to make you feel better and keep you safe.

During Quantum Healing Hypnosis I will help you to access your unconscious mind down to the tiniest particle (which is what Quantum means) and to explore those aspects of their being that have remained hidden. In this way, you make a strong connection with your Higher Self, and all the wisdom and resources that have been there all along, but untapped, are made available to you. You have everything you need already inside your cells, body, mind, and aura. You have all the resources you need to heal yourself from disease, alleviate emotional and physical pain and free yourself from the effects of trauma, abuse, negative experiences, or past events.

Energy Medicine

​

Energy Medicine is probably as old as the human race itself. I work with techniques found in ancient healing traditions, including Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayuveda, or Indian/Yogic techniques and ideas. The magic happens when the Qi, also referred to as Chi, Ki, Prana, and Life Force Energy, is allowed to flow unrestricted and freely through our entire bodies. It also flows through the layers of our etheric bodies and can be felt as a tingling sensation by most people after a session of Tai Chi or Qigong. The same energy is channeled by Reiki practitioners during Reiki Healing. It is all Life Force Energy, and it is vital for health in all living beings.

Over the course of my work in these fields I have come to the realization that our bodies are in constant communication with us. They send us signals to show us that all is not well, and the more we ignore the signals, the stronger they become, until physical pain and other bodily symptoms reach a stage that requires medical intervention. My methods help to clear blocked or stagnant energy in the chakras, the meridians and the biofield, or aura, so that these messages are understood.

The best way to describe this phenomenon is to see the body as communicating with our minds and consciousness in a language that we do not always understand. My mission is to translate this language, using a variety of techniques, so that you can understand, and act upon its messages.
